Lydia was born in New York and spent years in Alaska then California before her family settled down in Silverton. She graduated from SHS and went on to get her bachelors degree from Oregon State in Human Development Family Science. After 10 years of personal training, she decided to go back to school to get her Masters in teaching and has been teaching ever since. Outside of teaching and the gym, Lydia loves spending time doing anything with her 3 kids (2 of which are teenagers). When they don’t want her around, she spends her time designing and printing tee shirts for her side gig – Sherwood Shirt Co!
